Product presentations on our website do not constitute a contractual offer but an invitation to order. By confirming your order, you make a binding offer. The contract is accepted upon our confirmation via email.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
Color codes are close to the actual color achieved, but slight variations may occur after application due to the natural color of the wood, its pre-greying, moisture content, or the dilution used by the customer. Over time, the paint naturally ages, and the wood underneath may darken.
Mixtures follow fixed formulas and color shades do not vary from batch to batch.
Powder paints ready to mix are delivered in jars or bags depending on shipping possibilities. Boiled linseed oil is delivered pre-cooked in quantities sufficient for the customer to prepare the desired mixture and achieve the intended finish. If unavailable, customers can easily purchase it from a local hardware store.
Prices and Shipping
All prices are indicated in USD and include taxes and customs duties.
Shipping costs are either included in the prices or shown separately during the checkout process.
US orders are shipped directly from our US partner warehouse. If stock is exceptionally low, we ship directly from Europe.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the weight of the order. Shipments are dispatched twice a week, except on holidays. Delivery times may vary by carrier, typically between 5 and 14 business days.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the products. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Products must be returned in their original, intact packaging.
Large Orders: For orders exceeding $350, we accept returns of unused powder paints, even beyond the 30-day withdrawal period. Packaging and content must remain intact. Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Opened or damaged paint containers
Customized products (e.g., colors mixed to order)
Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
